Patagonia is pristine and wild—the definition of an adventurer’s dream. Located at the southernmost tip of South America, at the edge of the world, this region is a place where nature grows wild, barren and beautiful. Where spaces are as large as the silence that surrounds them.
Patagonia is truly a dream, with impressive sights of pristine rivers, jagged peaks and back water oases.
While traveling to the edge of the world, this retreat will serve us to invite the magic back into our life, to come back home to ourselves.
During our retreat we will be taking you to the finest national park in Patagonia, Torres del Paine and to the Grey Glacier.
National Park Torres del Paine is vast area (101,414 ha / 448,280 acres) that encompasses mountains, glaciers, forests, rivers, plains and lakes in Chile’s Magallanes region.
Here, you will find dozens of spectacular hiking trails.
Here, you can also have the best wildlife encounters you can imagine, with the highest density of pumas in the region.
Exploring Torres del Paine is a must-do if you come to Patagonia.
We have partner up with the experienced local tour guides that will take us to explore the “eighth wonder of the world”!
Grey Glaciar, measures 30km long, 5km wide and 60m high is an exceptional in the world of ice.
It is as much an auditory as a visual experience when huge icebergs calve and collapse into the Iceberg Channel. This natural-born tourist attraction at Península de Magallanes is close enough to guarantee great views, but far enough away to be safe.
A series of steel catwalks (almost 4000m total) and vantage points allow visitors to see, hear and photograph the glacier. Sun hits its face in the morning and the glacier’s appearance changes as the day progresses and shadows shift. A closed refugio with glass walls allows for glacier viewing in bad weather.
During our retreat, we will be staying at Rio Serrano hotel + spa.
Rio Serrano hotel +spa is a regional and family business founded by Jaime Arancibia Tagle, who by profession created a project for tourism purposes in a remote place in Torres del Paine national park. It began its operations in 2002 as a 20-room Hostel and, over time it became a 108-room hotel, being considered today as the tourist complex with the best infrastructure in Torres del Paine.
Spa at the premises has a climatized pool, sauna, massages, gym, rest areas, dressing rooms and an impressive view of the Paine massif.
This is a space where you can enjoy facial and body treatments, manicures, pedicures and various massages.
The Spa is a 3-level, 1,100 m² building, which identifies with the Aonikenk and Kawésqar culture, indigenous people of the region who inhabited these Patagonian lands 10,000 years ago.
The rooms are a perfect mix between space, comfort and the best view of the Paine massif. Rooms are having private bathrooms, and a large window, which will give you the privilege of admiring the Serrano river and the majestic Torres del Paine mountains.
During our retreat, standard and superior rooms will be available (single or shared occupancy)
Inspired by the Patagonian nature and the rhythm of its seasons, chef Walter Leal transforms KAIENK restaurant into a space of unique creations. His cuisine is inspired by traditions, memories, stories and tastes mixed together to reflect unique culture from the edge of the world.

Meet Your Hosts
Irena & Paula
Hola, we are Irena & Paula, your retreat hosts in Patagonia!
We met a couple of years back during the yoga worksop at Nosara, Costa Rica.
We both find ourselves in this little jungle paradise during the lock downs and pandemic, missing our friends and family.
After our yoga class, we instantly clicked and started to chat and meeting for yoga classes and juices often.
We had so many things in common; we are dedicated yoga students, we both share interest in Budhist studies and practices, we are single moms and most of all, finding a lots of joy in traveling and spending quiet time in nature.
Needles to say, our friendship continued despite living in a different places and we keep inspiring and supporting each other professionally.
We believe that traveling combined with practices of yoga can truly transform our lives, create new connections and make us more in tune with the beauty around us.
Combined, we are having 40 years of experience in teaching yoga and leading retreats around the globe.
This is our first (hopefully, of many) retreat that we are so excited to birth together and take you to this epic soul journey to Patagonia!
It is truly from our hearts to yours!
